A nice find from the Spirit Shoppe on 7th street. This is a white Portuguese wine. Has a nice orange blossom/mandarin nose. Its light, delicate and crisp on the palate without the buzz saw acidity that some whites have. Its has flavors of green apple, lemon and dried apricot. Finishes with a hint of honey, but is not sweet. Low (9%) alcohol. This would be a terrific summer white. It is part of their 6 bottles for $36 program so for about two Jacksons you can pick up a half a case. This makes for a great QPR. I give it a solid 89+ points.
